02 — Underwriting

Our UW department is available to answer guideline questions, help you spitball scenarios, and will make sure you leave no viable deal on the table.

03 — LOAs

Your right hand and your ride or die. Our assistants go above and beyond for their teams, from proactive problem solving and lead follow-up to deepening your referral relationships, they are an extension and reflection of your service.

  • Application to assigned to processing in 3 days

  • Appraisal management, pipeline management, and sales support

04 — Closing
